Simple per-user pricing
eDriver is a travel order app for companies in Slovenia, billed per user per month and gets cheaper with more users: one user costs €9.90 + VAT, 2 to 5 users €9.20 each, 6 to 15 users €8.30, down to €4.70 above 100 users. A yearly subscription costs the same as ten months, so two months are free. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card.

Subscription questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts with just an email and a password. You enter a card only when you choose a subscription.
What happens after 14 days?
The app stops creating new travel orders, but your data stays. You can activate a subscription at any time from My account.
Can I change the number of users during the year?
Yes. Increase or decrease users in the subscription portal; the difference is prorated until the end of the billing period.
How do I receive invoices?
After every payment you receive an official PDF invoice at the accounting email you provided. It includes your VAT number and the subscription period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
We have 3 employees and 1 car – is one licence enough?
No. A travel order belongs to the driver (user), not to the vehicle, so every employee who drives needs their own access: three employees means three licences. The exception is a company car used for business trips only, with one phone running eDriver kept in the car; then one licence is enough.
