Controller

The controller of personal data is eDriver Solutions, informacijske rešitve d.o.o., Breznikova ulica 15, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia; registration number 9745521000, VAT ID SI12059722; e-mail: info@edriver.si. eDriver Solutions also acts as a processor on behalf of its subscribers for the data they enter into the app.

Which data, why and for how long

• Contract and service delivery: name, address, company, e-mail, phone number of the contact person, payment data, user data and, when a user enables location services, GPS data. Kept for 5 years after the contract ends; invoices as required by tax law. Legal basis: contract.
• Service and maintenance notices, subscription changes: name and e-mail of users and subscribers. Kept for 5 years after the contract ends. Legal basis: contract.
• Security and cyber security: minimal access to personal data during maintenance and incident handling. Not stored unless an incident requires it. Legal basis: contract.
• Legal claims and protection of our rights: as required by law.
• Product statistics and analytics: through cookies, see the cookie policy.
• Newsletter: name and e-mail, kept until you unsubscribe.
• Newsletter for account holders: when you create an account, the box "Send me eDriver news and tips by e-mail" is ticked in advance; you can untick it before you register. If it stays ticked, we send you news about our service (new features and tips). Data: e-mail and language. Processor: MailerLite. Kept until you unsubscribe. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping account holders informed about our own service. You can object at any time: by unticking the box at sign-up, with the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to info@edriver.si; it does not affect your account.
• Enquiries: company, address, contact person, phone, e-mail and the enquiry, kept for 1 year after the conversation ends. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Prize draws: data listed with each draw, kept for 3 months; winner data as required by tax law. Legal basis: consent.

Data collected through the workspace API is never used to develop, train or improve generative AI or machine-learning systems.

Sharing

We share personal data only with processors needed to run the service: accounting, e-mail delivery (including MailerLite for the newsletter) and payment processing. We disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it. Personal data is never transferred outside the European Union.

Security

All communication is encrypted (HTTPS between the mobile app and the backend), users authenticate through standard OAuth 2.0, data is backed up and systems and libraries are updated regularly.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner. We answer every request within 30 days. Send requests to info@edriver.si.
