How we calculate
Travel orders per year are employees × trips per month × twelve months. Manual time is that number multiplied by the minutes per travel order.
With eDriver about one minute per travel order remains for review and sending. The difference is the hours saved; multiplied by the hourly cost it is the euros saved.
From the euros saved we subtract the yearly subscription for the same number of users at current prices. The result is the net saving and the payback time.
Questions about the calculation
Where do the default 20 minutes come from?
From customer experience: finding trip data, filling the form, calculating mileage and per diems and sending it to the accountant takes 15 to 25 minutes on average.
Does the calculator include VAT?
Subscription prices are shown without VAT because companies usually deduct it. The hourly cost is your full cost of labour.
What if I have no employees?
