Travel order (potni nalog)
A travel order is the document by which an employer sends an employee on a business trip and on which travel expenses are calculated. It is issued before the trip and completed with the calculation afterwards.
Mileage allowance (kilometrina)
Mileage is the reimbursement for using a private vehicle on a business trip, calculated per kilometre at the tax-free rate set by regulation.
Per diem (dnevnica)
A per diem is the reimbursement of meal costs on a business trip, depending on trip duration and country. Slovenia has three amounts for trips of 6 to 8 hours, 8 to 12 hours and over 12 hours.
Business trip (službena pot)
A business trip is a trip an employee makes on the employer's order outside the usual place of work. Private trips are not business trips and are not reimbursed.
Trip log (evidenca prevoženih kilometrov)
A trip log lists every trip with date, route and kilometres and proves business use of a vehicle. eDriver keeps it automatically.

A travel expense report is the sum of mileage, per diems and other costs for a period, usually a month, submitted by the employee for payment and booked by the accountant.
