Does the app know which customer I visited?
Save and name the locations you visit repeatedly. Next time the app recognises the customer on its own and enters it as the purpose of the trip.
What if I drive my own car?
For a private vehicle mileage is calculated from real kilometres; for a company vehicle the app keeps the kilometre log. You pick the vehicle in the app, per trip if needed.
How much battery does it use?
Drive detection uses the phone's motion features and consumes about as much as navigation running in the background. While you are not moving the app does not drain the battery.
Can my manager see my trips?
They see the business trips you confirm and the costs you attach. Trips you mark as private stay yours only.
