Are short drives recorded too?
Yes. The app detects the start and end of every drive, including a short one between two sites.
What if a worker drives the company van?
They choose the vehicle in the app. For a company vehicle a mileage log is kept; for a private car, mileage allowance is calculated.
Does the worker have to type anything?
No. They confirm the trip or adjust the purpose if needed. Everything else is recorded automatically.
